How to Register at the Mobile Clinic?


Step 1: Download the eGovPH App

  • Go to the Google Play Store (for Android) or App Store (for iOS).

  • Search for "eGovPH" and install it on your cellphone.


Step 2: Create Your Account

  • Open the app and register with your basic information (e.g., full name, age, birthday, address).

  • Upload a valid government-issued ID (e.g., National ID, Driver’s License, Voter’s ID).

  • Create/complete your login details (email/phone number and password).


Step 3: Find the PhilHealth Section

  • On the eGovPH homepage, scroll and find the PhilHealth tab.

  • Tap the “YAKAP” section.

  • Follow the instructions to register for the program.


Step 4: Confirm Your Registration

  • Once completed, you’ll receive a confirmation message from the app.

  • Visit the PhilHealth Mobile Clinic to validate your registration, update your membership, or ask the staff for clearer explanations and information.
